Professionally he went leaps and bounds above what is expected of a realtor. It seemed whatever issue arose Jon had a connection to the right person to get it rectified quickly. From helping get the yard and garage cleaned up to getting our pool back to blue Jon wasn't scared to get his hands dirty and put in the extra effort that I'm beyond grateful for. His knowledge of the local market was spot on. In roughly 2 weeks we were under contract for our originally predicted selling price.
