Charrissa is a real estate super star! Charrissa came highly recommended and her knowledge and experience were clearly evident from my very first conversation with her. She is extremely responsive and she kept me updated throughout the entire process of selling my house keeping my confidence level peaked from start to finish. I was especially impressed with her guidance and recommendations as well as with her approach to pricing and marketing the property, and the results speak for themselves. We had no less than 9 offers as a result of the very first open-house weekend, with the house being listed for only one week. I accepted an offer that was 105%+ of my asking price, and we closed just two weeks later. There’s no such thing as better performance than that! Thanks Charrissa!

We were referred to MaryKay when we were thinking of buying in West Medford, we were told she was the best for that area.... well WE switched to wanting to buy in Swampscott and MaryKay was still- THE greatest, she throws herself into knowning all there is to know about the property but also the area's properties and stuff like flood zones and diamond district ect ect... work with her, you'll see.

Rosanna was a pleasure to work with from start to finish! Very responsive with any questions we had. However, there really were not that many questions because she was always so proactive! She knew the market well and handled all negotiations in a very professional manner. I would highly recommend her!
