She even returned rented utility equipment for me as a courtesy because I could not physically be at the house. In addition to coordinating with all contractors, landscapers, and cleaners, Christy kept me updated on any changes and kindly ran all the numbers regularly to give me an accurate payout amount. She was able to negotiate with contractors to roll repairs and other costs into the closing so that I wouldn't have to pay out of pocket for anything. She was extremely accommodating and flexible for my convenience, yet organized and efficient to keep things on track for closing.
