Danielle was the best real estate agent I have ever worked with. She was faced with numerous challenges and worked through the process very effectively.1. Very knowledgeable about vacant land market in the area. We compared comps and specific differences with my land and others that have sold and listed before establishing a list price.2. My vacant land needed a perc test and she advised me the lot has limited space to build with septic taking away area so price was adjusted accordingly.3. A neighbor said the site had a sink hole and could not be built on. This was false but Danielle checked with the county and other knowledgeable people to confirm lot was okay to build.3. Danielle was able to get the lot listed quickly through Title company as this was a Trust sale which required additional information and coordination.4.
