I wouldn't hesitate recommending Mark's real estate services to anyone. I chose him on a recommendation, but ultimately because his name is quite synonymous with Tahoe Real Estate. I recognized his name as being fairly prominent in the market over a decade ago (sorry, I'm revealing a bit of your veteran caliber, Mark). So I thought, ok, let's roll with it. (TBH I also had my reservations... that he was too much of a big shot to really pay attention and care about my transaction). He proved me wrong. His knowledge of the market speaks to years and years of experience, but most importantly, his current knowledge reveals how invested he is in his work and his relationships, and how he still lives and breathes the Tahoe market. For those of you with type A personalities... you don't micromanage this one... he will manage it much better than you, trust me. For most people, real estate transactions are pretty big deal in life. You want someone like Mark on your side for something like that.
