We are very happy we chose Naomi as our Realtor. Naomi helped us buy a home in the Sacramento area during the pandemic and while we were living in another state. Both conditions made home buying challenging, but Naomi made the process as painless as it could be. She coordinated virtual tours, remote signing, and even helped us check in on the house after we closed but before we could move in.Naomi proved again and again to us that she is well organized, a great facilitator, reliable, and honest. She was always on top of all the deadlines, paperwork, and following up with all the different players (mortgage company, sellers, title, etc.). She always made time to patiently listen to all our questions and answer them to the best of her knowledge. I really appreciate that if she didn't know the answer to a question she would follow up and figure out the answer, rather than making something up.The last thing I'll add is that Naomi gracefully receives feedback.
