I don't believe your Realtor should be a "secret agent". I make myself available to my clients and am always open for communication. As a buyer's agent, I listen attentively to the needs and desires of my client and work efficiently to enable them to grab the right home when they find it. I ensure my clients never miss an opportunity by staying updated on current market trends and inventory. For my sellers, my goal is to maximize their profit. I provide my selling clients with a written marketing plan and pledge. I maintain scheduled communications with my clients so they are always informed of the status of the sale. My knowledge and enthusiasm for real estate has allowed me to thrive in this industry for nearly 40 years. I have the capability to combine my education and customer service experience and apply them to my career in real estate. I enjoy closing the deal with happy, satisfied clients in the end.

My experience with David was far beyond my expectations in that he gave me ideas about what the market was expecting and what I needed to do to satisfy ordinances. Having sold six properties in my life time David ranks far above any real estate agent I have worked with in the past. Do to his exceptional knowledge and understanding of the housing market I would have him represent me anywhere. He works for you which is I want in an agent. I am very satisfied.

Excellent Experience
