Miss Joanna has been the absolute best realtor I could possibly have asked for. She is not hesitant, she will fight for you. She is outspoken, and joyful, and optimistic and I appreciate running across for when I did. We appreciate you Ms. Joanna ????.

I've used Tonya on 2 home purchases and 1 sale and every experience was stellar from start to finish. My first purchase was a new townhome. She saw me through the thought process - was it the right fit for me? Confident in that, she made the transaction efficient and easy. For second purchase, when I was ready to upgrade, Tonya watched the market for me for the better part of year until a listing popped up that met my criteria. She quickly arranged to show me the property. While it wasn't for me, it was the springboard for exploring new construction in the same area. She went with me to see the model home where I decided to contract, and she was there beside me every last step of the way, representing me in the relationship with the builder over several months. From front end design selection sessions to back end walk throughs to identify any final imperfections, Tonya was there. The amount of time and attention she paid was astonishing to me. She concurrently brokered the sale of my townhouse. The listing was picture perfect, aided by the professional photographer she provided. It showed once and was sold to that first prospective buyer. Tonya helped negotiate both closings. She listed at just the right price point so I netted exactly what I asked for. She made sure I was protected on both ends, such as including a lease back option on the townhome to give me a little breathing room between the closings and the move. She coordinated everything - the inspections, closing transactions, etc. I didn't have to worry about a thing. She even helped with referrals after the second purchase, for the "after market" addition of an outdoor kitchen. I can't recommend her highly enough.
