From front end design selection sessions to back end walk throughs to identify any final imperfections, Tonya was there. The amount of time and attention she paid was astonishing to me. She concurrently brokered the sale of my townhouse. The listing was picture perfect, aided by the professional photographer she provided. It showed once and was sold to that first prospective buyer. Tonya helped negotiate both closings. She listed at just the right price point so I netted exactly what I asked for. She made sure I was protected on both ends, such as including a lease back option on the townhome to give me a little breathing room between the closings and the move. She coordinated everything - the inspections, closing transactions, etc. I didn't have to worry about a thing. She even helped with referrals after the second purchase, for the "after market" addition of an outdoor kitchen. I can't recommend her highly enough.
