Jill always responded very quickly to my questions and she provided very useful input as to the process involved in selling the house. She was very helpful in providing names of people that could do the minor repairs that were needed at the house. All in all, Jill made the process very painless and I would not hesitate to use her services again or to recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell property.

Jill never balked at evening and weekend calls. She accommodated our busy schedules and distance from the property. She facilitated our ability to complete steps remotely. Jill’s advice on negotiating with the seller was invaluable. She heard our goals and helped translate them. Let us just say that in all ways they far exceeded our expectations. I can’t imagine our experience being any better! In particular we have to call out the way Deidre Jovin handled the project of getting us into our new home. From the first time she reached out to us to inquire about our intentions in early 2024, to the long tour she gave us of many houses, and then on to her suggesting the new-home build possibility on the 429 Fairway lot. She was always diligent in getting answers to our many questions. Her vast knowledge of the step by step process and real estate legalities made us much less anxious about this challenging endeavor. We were very impressed with the sheer amount of time Deidre gave us in accompanying us to the various places we had to go, such as flooring and cabinet vendors etc. She was always there to advise and hold our hands through these very unfamiliar procedures. All in all we can’t say enough about Deidre’s competence and dedication to helping us in this challenge of buying a home from a distant location. She suggested using Tabor as the builder and we are very happy with the job they did, but Deidre was a great liaison for us to have in communicating our questions and concerns to Tabor. We are very happy with the efficiency and seamless nature of the transaction. And we know that comes from the parts of your organization that we never see, so thanks to them. And thank you for the wonderful gift basket that actually had so many useful items in it! Ok, need to get back to worrying about my new responsibility, a lawn! Wonderful experience with Jill and the team. Her communication was on point, and she gave great insight into the market. I appreciate how flexible she was with me. I was an out-of-state seller, selling a home that belonged to an estate I was representing. The team was able to support me enough that I didn't need to be there in person for the listing, showings, and closing process. They provided references for cleaners, handymen, HVAC repair, and other support I needed to get the house over the goal line and sold.
