Gwendolyn (Gwen) Childs is a consummate professional with an engaging personality. I enjoyed working with her. We began our journey right as the pandemic reached the U.S. and shut… everything down. However, with Gwen’s hard work and can-do spirit, I was able to downsize. I sold my house of many years and bought a condominium during this pandemic. I was pleased with the result. Gwen is industrious, honest, patient and thoughtful. She loves her seniors. She listened and was a real partner with me. She was adept at resolving problems. She also provided guidance, explained things as we went along, answered any and all questions, and was prompt. It turned out to be a great and successful experience. I highly recommend Gwen.
