My husband and I had but weeks to find and buy a condo, pack and move from our house in SC. Even with such a short window of time, Boucie found us a just right condo in the best of neighborhoods. She knew exactly what we needed, where we hoped to live, and what amenities we were looking for. In six very short weeks, we were in DC in our new home, just in time for a new grandchild’s arrival. Every step of the way Boucie was our guiding light. Being in real estate in DC for as long as she has been paid off in spades! We are minutes from family, across the street from a fabulous Georgetown park, steps away from DuPont Circle and all the shops and restaurants it offers, and blocks away from the most beautiful public library in all of DC. Our fourth floor corner condo boasts excellent views across Washington. Who else can say they see(and hear) VP Kamala Harris head home most nights? What a treasure Boucie is! She knows who to call to get things moved, painted, built, or removed. Her attention to details meant that at settlement all went smoothly and easily. How grateful we are to have had Boucie helping us throughout the buying process. This is our fourth home we have either bought or sold with Boucie as our agent. Lucky are the clients that engage her.
