Andre helped me buy my first home ever and ironically enough, 11 years later, sold the same house for me! Both times I truly was expecting there to be high stress or something to go wrong, as you always hear about, but Andre made each process (both buying and selling) so seamless. All I really had to do was sign documents. He was very thorough in explaining what ever document was for - even going line by line sometimes, and answered any questions that I had. He set my mind at ease, so that I knew the process was "working" and things were happening. There are a LOT of moving pieces in the buying / selling puzzle and each time he never failed at putting them in place at the right times.
