Andre helped me buy my first home ever and ironically enough, 11 years later, sold the same house for me! Both times I truly was expecting there to be high stress or something to go wrong, as you always hear about, but Andre made each process (both buying and selling) so seamless. All I really had to do was sign documents. He was very thorough in explaining what ever document was for - even going line by line sometimes, and answered any questions that I had. He set my mind at ease, so that I knew the process was "working" and things were happening. There are a LOT of moving pieces in the buying / selling puzzle and each time he never failed at putting them in place at the right times. I would HIGHLY recommend Andre again and again to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Andre was fabulous. There were not a lot of available rentals and any property we found, we had to move quickly. He was available day and night to answer any questions we had and gave us his full attention. Couldn’t recommend him enough!
