Unlike like what other realtors had suggested, Justin recommended that we not move out and spend thousands on repairs, painting, and staging our home. We took Justin’s advice and let his decorator tell us how best to stage our house using our existing furniture.  Our home looked great in time for the open house, and it sold the same weekend and at well above the asking price! I highly recommend Justin!  He is a wonderful realtor and certainly stands out from the others we met.
