Frank was terrific! He knew the market well including the history of issues within one building that we were considering. He was always available when we needed him, and he worked with us over several weeks as we refined our criteria. He was with us every step of the way and followed up multiple times after the purchase to see if we were happy with the purchase or having any issues. Would definitely work with him again.

Boris did a pre-listing walkthrough and had really good suggestions, he also has a very good team (photographer, 3D person, inspector….). The listing and sale process was stressful because of the pandemic, but Boris was able to keep me calm (he provided booties and gloves for the guests). Overall it was a good process and the house sold quite quickly, for higher than listing price.
