I really enjoyed working with Brendan! He made this transaction effortless. It’s a little taxing selling a property when you live out of state but Brendan made it so easy. He is very knowledgeable of the market and did all he could to make this transaction go smoothly, which it did. His communication was excellent. He answered any and all questions I had in a timely manner. We highly recommend him!!

Joseph is one of a kind realtor with attention to detail, always informative with changes in the market and other new houses listed. Joseph really cares about you, the seller (and/or buyer) and wants to help you reach your goal of either selling or buying your dream home. His communication style and skills are superb and his comparative market analysis is far superior to any other realtor around. He takes pride in everything from the brochures he has printed to show the house, as well as a million other details in making sure your house is ready to list/show/sell. He shows up for Open Houses in a suit and always looks and acts extremely professional. I can't say enough positive things about Joseph. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

Omar helped us purchase our home in the Fall of 2016. He was on top of every detail, responsive to every question, and provided us with as much information as possible to help us make a decision. The one thing we appreciated was that he gave us realistic expectations and didn't promise us the Moon and Stars like other real estate agents have done before.

If you are looking for the BEST realtor in the DC Metro area, Marlena McWilliams and her Mascotti Team will get the job done. They made the 1st time home buying process a breeze. They were very professional, personable, and prompt! They made a believer out of me and I made it across the finish line!

Our home buying experience with Christopher Suranna was everything we needed. His goal was to help us find the Right home for us - he listened carefully to our ideas, expertly assessed the properties that would meet our goals, and patiently guided us through the process. He was always alert to potential problems, and was willing to visit each property on our list. Once we entered into the purchase phase, Chris was our greatest advocate, helping us to negotiate for a fair price and a winning bid. When settlement became bogged down in some lender mix-ups, it was Chris who stood beside us and made sure we made it to closing on time. He was invested in Our success above all, and it showed. He is a great agent; knowledgeable about trends and all aspects of the home buying/selling experience; and a great friend to have when making such an important purchase. The ultimate real estate professional. We are grateful and highly recommend Christopher Suranna.

Ashling Thurmond assisted us with listing and selling our long-time family home in Alexandria, VA. She was very professional and always kept us informed along the way. She made many recommendations to us regarding marketing and assisted us with finding contractors to perform repairs and upgrades to our home before putting it on the market. Overall, the process could not have been smoother! Many thanks to Ashling and the entire Shaughn White team!
