We bought and sold multiple homes prior to meeting Richelle. She represented us in the purchase of our next home. Based on that experience, it gave us an indication that she would be a good fit for selling our home too. She was more than a good fit. She exceeded our expectations. She priced and advertised it in a methodical manner. She was available for our questions or concerns. She resolved unforeseen occurrences quickly and efficiently. She marketed our home as if it was her own. Richelle and the Dan Logan group did a fantastic job!!!

Our agent was excellent. This is the second time he was our agent, this time for both buying and selling. He fought hard for us and we got a significant amount off of the asking price. He also sold our house for the highest asking price in the neighborhood.

Our real estate agent was excellent. We had a great experience buying the first time and this time he sold our house for a great price in 6 days and bought a great house for a discounted price. He fought for a steep discount due to many problems and we succeeded. Also he stood strong when our buyers tried to back out of the sale. If it wasn't for him both sales would have fallen through.
