Gail sold my fully renovated twin house in Clifton Heights within a few weeks. Although potential buyer's comments were positive about the overall appearance of the house, they were concerned about the size of the living room and master bedroom plus there were two sets of narrow staircases which would make it difficult (if not impossible) to get their furniture upstairs. Gail recommended that I stage the house, and within 2 days of staging, I had a full price offer. I was really happy with the way Gail handled communication with regards to the showings. She followed up with all the buyer's agents to find out their interest and comments about the showings, and then communicated back to me. I was very pleased with the entire transaction, and would recommend Gail to any of my friends and family.
