Gail sold my fully renovated twin house in Clifton Heights within a few weeks. Although potential buyer's comments were positive about the overall appearance of the house, they were concerned about the size of the living room and master bedroom plus there were two sets of narrow staircases which would make it difficult (if not impossible) to get their furniture upstairs. This was the first time I had to sell a house....and let me say how confusing the process CAN be....but not with Gail. She listened to every concern, ridiculous question and constantly put my mind at ease. The process was not as bad as I thought it would be and that is all because of Gail.
