He had a great feel for exactly what we wanted and never once tried to push us in a different direction . Brooks made sure we found a home that met our needs and he went above and beyond to stop over the house and check on the progress of repairs that were in progress and always kept us informed ! I would highly recommend Brooks and I promise if I ever do this again I would not even consider using someone else !
