Very great first home buying experience I would really love to do it again and again

Crystal Wiltbank is a top notch realtor who is professional, really knows her market and who really listens. She paid attention to details/wishes such as price, square footage, type of home, location of home. She knows her stuff. Covid interrupted my initial home search but as soon as I was ready post Covid she worked with me to find the perfect home. It took a while but I never felt pressured to buy. At every step in the search and buying process, she was there to explain, assist, hold my hand which all lead to an extremely smooth settlement with no surprises. Crystal was outstanding at informing, updating and educating me on the changes in the real estate world - it’s been 24 years since I bought a new home. Plus, I was buying in a new state. I was looking for my forever home as a retired senior. I was ditching vertical living in a large townhome and down-sizing to a one level home at the shore - my final and forever home is how I viewed it. When I visited the house, it just felt like home. Now that I’m a new homeowner, Crystal is still there, not just as my realtor for life but someone I now call a friend!

I have been buying and selling real estate for most of my life. There are those that you hire that just do their job and those that go above and beyond. Carolyn is one of those people. Carolyn was referred to me by an acquaintance in Chicago. She is pleasant, knowledgeable, and sharp. She knows her stuff. I sold a four flat with her in Humboldt Park with Carolyn as the listing agent. She assessed the building and ask me to wait a couple months so that I could demonstrate higher rents. She told me that my units were underpriced by a couple hundred dollars and she was right. When lease renewal came we realized over $1100 more in revenue for the building and sold a hair under asking. Carolyn also coordinated painters, concrete vendors and cleaning people. Because I spend a good deal of time of town she let workers in to the property and made sure that things were done in the right way. This was priceless. Carolyn offered to do all of this for me. I have left deals and thought that agent was over-paid. Carolyn is worth every penny! Will only use her from now on.

Lakesha White is an excellent Real Estate professional. She is detail oriented and very responsive. After doing research on Agents in the area, we contracted with Lakesha to sell our home, based on her reviews, her experience in the industry, and our conversation with her.
