We met Amy through a prior real estate encounter. While she was not our agent for that property, we were very impressed with her professionalism and knowledge. After deciding to look at a different property, we called her and asked her to represent us as buyers. She was patient with all our many questions and helpful with various ideas. Throughout the entire transaction, she was actively involved and checking in with us about all the fine details. She coordinated everything we needed to do and actually made the entire process seamless. She was thoughtful to everyone, courteous to the buyers, their agent and the law office. For example, the morning of settlement, we were running about 10 minutes late as the drive from the house (where we did the final walk-through) to the office was delayed considerably due to traffic. I didn't have the where-with-all to call them, though I was anxious about being late, but she did and then texted me that she had notified them. She was thoughtful and just took care of it. That is her in a nut-shell!

From beginning to end, Jen kept me informed. Communication was easy, I never felt that I was bothering her. She was honest and forthcoming with her knowledge of the area. My home was priced competitively, as was shown by a multitude of offers within days of listing. After that, Jen helped me understand the pros and cons of each offer. We came to a decision quickly, then off to the races! She walked through closing document information and even came to the closing.
