She actually did a lot of cleaning herself! Wendy knew what needed to be done to show the house and got on things quick. She's definitely not a procrastinator that's for sure! She did in 3 weeks what would take me 3 months! I can't thank her enough.

Pat is really terrific! I was no longer living in the area, and Pat did a lot of the on the ground legwork needed to sell a home. Filed forms with the town, dealt with the homeowners association, replaced the batteries in the fire alarms, etc. They just don’t get any better than Pat.
