Pat is really terrific! I was no longer living in the area, and Pat did a lot of the on the ground legwork needed to sell a home. Filed forms with the town, dealt with the homeowners association, replaced the batteries in the fire alarms, etc. They just don’t get any better than Pat.

I decided to buy a house and Susan was recommended by someone. I did a lot of my own research before and after having Susan as an agent. She helped me refine my parameters and did the leg work of answering any questions I had about the property. Susan was very patient with me. Nicole was to represent both the buyer and seller, but the entire transaction favored the buyer (her sister). As the Seller she forgot important documents and the closing was a disgrace. She also did not provide any guidance on the expectations of the seller causing me the loss of much time and monies. I hope this was a lesson learned on professionalism.
