I would highly recommend Michelle. She is a very knowledgeable agent and her collaboration with all parties resulted in a smooth transaction with minimal conflicts. I was very satisfied with the entire end to end process and the buyer mentioned they were satisfied as well.

Nicole was to represent both the buyer and seller, but the entire transaction favored the buyer (her sister). As the Seller she forgot important documents and the closing was a disgrace. She also did not provide any guidance on the expectations of the seller causing me the loss of much time and monies. I hope this was a lesson learned on professionalism.
