What impressed me the most was Alan and Lisa established a game plan and that set the foundation for a great all-around experience. Discussions were daily and availability was never an issue.

In doing a recent 1031 exchange sale, Alan was on top of all the extra details that were a part of selling one condo and buying another. He kept the process easy and not stressful. He loves what he's doing and it shows in everything he does.
