As a first-time home buyer, I needed an agent that would be able point out any flaws that a home may have or items that made a house just a little extra special. We were never in a rush when we toured homes, even if we had six on the list for that day. He let me take as much time as needed pointing out the good and the bad in each home. When I asked for suggestions of upgrades I could possibly make to a home, he had great ideas. He also acted as a liaison between me and the mortgage broker to ensure that houses of interest met mortgage requirements. When it came time to negotiate for my chosen property, he really went to bat for me and got the best deal possible and then walked me through each step of the way. You cannot go wrong when you choose Joel to be your agent. He is simply the best.

I scheduled a home tour late one Friday evening, and he responded quickly and set up the tour for the following day at noon. The man works fast, responding to our emails or calls within the hour -- if not sooner! Most likely sooner.
