It's hard to know where to begin when describing my experience with this amazing woman. We both thought the house would sell quickly with just a few, minor cosmetic changes. We made the initial improvements, paint, cleaning, etc, and when the process moved to the next step, Shannon and I were faced with one relatively serious issue after another. Everything was taken care of and the house has sold with all parties happy. Getting to this point was not easy, and there is no way I could have held it together without Shannon Byrdsong. She was comforting when I was weepy, strong when I was shaky, and confident when I was nervous. I had no idea how to sell a 45 year old house, and Shannon walked me through it issue by issue, day by day, and week by week. She sold a house for a family member several years ago, so I knew she could do a great job. What I didn't know but learned quickly is that this woman can handle any curveball that fate and the real estate carnival can throw. Professionalism, communication, and market knowledge 10/10. Marsha guiding me through buying my home so patiently and with such knowledge I felt like helping me was her top priority when I am sure she was working with many other clients at the same time. She was diligent about booking tours and always working with my schedule as well as pointing out things at homes I wouldn't even know to look for.
