Mitch worked with me to sell my fathers estate. I live in a different State. Mitch worked with me by looking at the house, taking pictures, and giving me multiple options on how to proceed. He did a ton of legwork for me before we even met. When I came to Ohio to get the house ready to sell Mitch was ready with cleaners, contractors etc. He helped us every step of the way. He set up a plan to get the most views on the house. We had numerous offers. Very competitive bidding. We ended up taking a bid that was $17,000 more than we were looking for. During this process I found Mitch to be a hard working man of high moral fiber. I’ve had dealings with real estate agents that were not that way. This was not the case with Mitch.
