We had an EXCELLENT experience working with Donell Keith and her DK Real Estate Team! My husband and I were selling our home, and within 3 weeks of the first Open House with DK Real Estate, we had an offer! This was in stark contrast to the first agent we worked with for a year, with little-to-no action from interested buyers or follow-through from that agent. We finally terminated that relationship and received a referral for Donell Keith. From our first meeting, Donell demonstrated a clear understanding of the current, local residential sales market. She also knew how to properly prepare (and thus present) a property for sale (repairs, aesthetics, staging, marketing, etc.), and stayed in close communication with us the entire time. She has a solid team that works with her clients on her behalf. All of us worked closely together — for each contractor repair, for each accidental home security alarm breach, for each home buyer showing, and thankfully, for the entire sales contract and negotiation process — soup to nuts, she and her team did it all! From our Open House on August 6th, to closing on October 6th (!), it was a pleasure (and a relief!) to work with Donell Keith Real Estate. Our only regret? That we hadn’t contracted with her 12 months earlier! Highly recommend!!!
