We started process on 3/9/21, came pre-approved and ready. Janese found us BEAUTIFUL homes in our range and made us feel very special! We lost our first bid (because we did not take her advice), but won the second try and we closed on 4/13/21 for her Birthday. From start to finish, Janese was very thorough in explaining things and answering our many questions as first time buyers. She is knowledgeable and very straight forward which alleviates much stress on the homebuying process. If you are ready to buy a home in North Carolina, I'd highly recommend Janese Henry! Latonya was friendly, responsive, honest, and patient. We wish she had been more timely showing up to appointments made mutually, and while she was informative, some of the information we were given--specifically related to nuances of living out in the country-- ended up to be a little misleading. Overall we were satisfied with the end result, and our awesome home, but not thrilled with all of our experiences along the way.
