Mrs LaTonya Rose has gone beyond the call of duty to assist us through out the entire process . From the initial meeting to the closing , she has been with us every step of the way.
Latonya was friendly, responsive, honest, and patient. We wish she had been more timely showing up to appointments made mutually, and while she was informative, some of the information we were given--specifically related to nuances of living out in the country-- ended up to be a little misleading. Overall we were satisfied with the end result, and our awesome home, but not thrilled with all of our experiences along the way.

Mrs. Rose is very professional. She was able to answer all of the questions that we had during the process of selling our home. She really knows her stuff! One other plus is that she remained available outside of normal business hours. Great experience.
I was introduced to Mrs. Rose through a coworker and after our first conversation I was sold. I gave her a list of things that I was looking for in a house and within 2-3 weeks she was able to find me a house with everything i wand and the best part is that it that was currently being built. After my first visit to see the house and be able see the layout plan I decided that I wanted to put in an offer. In July of 2022 I was able to put in my offer and it was accepted but the house wouldn’t be completed until Nov/Dec of 2022. For the 4-5 months that I waited for the house to finish Mrs. Rose kept me up to date on everything that was going on with my home. She always made me feel as if I was more than just a client. When it came time to get ready to close we had a little delay but she always told me to just stay positive and everything will work out. With this being my First home I was very stressed towards the end but everything worked out for the best. If I had to go through the home buying process again I will definitely choose Mrs. Rose to be my realtor. She is a phenomenal realtor and definitely listens and takes everything that you want in a home into consideration.
