We have worked with Madeline twice - once on the seller side and most recently on the buyer side. Both times, Madeleine brought a high level of expertise to the table. She knows the North Center/Roscoe Village market (our target) extremely well and was able to alert us to properties not yet on the public market. She made the process of visiting these properties seamless, which was was important as we were buying from out of town. This included doing video visits where we could see the property remotely, as well as arranging in person visits. She has a great eye for detail and drew our attention to important features of the homes that we might not have fully paid attention to on our own. When we were ready to make an offer, she was quick and thorough in terms of writing up the contract and seeing it through the negotiation phase. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend her.

Madeline was clear and concise with market expectations to ensure we received a quick turnaround with better-than-expected market value. Thanks

Madeline knows her local market very well which was really important to me. She anticipated needs, and handled surprises deftly and professionally. This includes managing open houses for an apartment with a tenant for example, which might’ve been tricky. She generated plenty of attention, and we had multiple offers, and she helped negotiate a price that I was happy with and did so quickly. I would highly recommend working with Madeleine, and I would do it again in a minute.
