I have known Gary for many years. I've sold 2 houses and 2 condos with Gary over the years and have purchased 3 houses and 1 condo. The sales went quickly and only took a short time to get them listed. Even though I had bought and sold before, he helped me make the best decisions prior to selling. He worked with me to find places to buy that were in not only in my price range and in the location I wanted, but help me notice issues that would be problems later down the line.
