Great experience

We have worked with Madeline twice - once on the seller side and most recently on the buyer side. Both times, Madeleine brought a high level of expertise to the table. She knows the North Center/Roscoe Village market (our target) extremely well and was able to alert us to properties not yet on the public market. She made the process of visiting these properties seamless, which was was important as we were buying from out of town. This included doing video visits where we could see the property remotely, as well as arranging in person visits. She has a great eye for detail and drew our attention to important features of the homes that we might not have fully paid attention to on our own. When we were ready to make an offer, she was quick and thorough in terms of writing up the contract and seeing it through the negotiation phase. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend her.
