Chris demonstrated an unexpected level of care and compassion in a process that I was definitely scared of. He explained every aspect with an expert level of knowledge but not spewing industry verbiage. He always welcomed my questions—and I came to him with a ton of them—and never seemed annoyed. Chris seemed more excited than me at times through the process which was amazing!! I’m grateful for the ease of what I experienced and I know that Chris was responsible for that. Thank you Chris!!

The entire process was smooth due to great communication and guidance, where we felt confident making the final decisions. Bill has sold a couple of houses for us in the past, all in New London so we knew his knowledge of the market is strong. We reached out a few years before we put this house on the market for advice and input regarding preparations for our planned, eventual sale, which he was happy to provide.
