Without Liz's foresight and experience, our family would have been renting a vastly inferior home for the same price as it was to purchase our forever home. She skillfully guided us through a real estate market with very tight supply and soaring demand. When we were initially planning to rent, Liz saved us countless hours by driving by or visiting listings when we were not available and scheduling inspections. As the options continued to dwindle, she proactively found alternatives (while keeping our spirits up). Liz connected us with her mortgage contact, lawyer, inspector, and shepherded us through the process to make an offer the next day and ultimately buy that house. Liz added value to our experience at every step of the way, and she continues to do so as a resource to this day.
