I had the distinct pleasure of working with Kate King (William Raveis West Hartford) for both a sale and a purchase of real estate in West Hartford both within the last 7 months. My son Kevin was the buyer/seller but I was working closely with him. Kate is everything you would want in a real estate agent. She's smart, hardworking, incredibly available, personable , never frustrated always positive and reassuring. On the sales side she is truly an expert on staging a home for sale. She is also knowledgable on what improvements make sense financially to do to a house to make it more marketable. On the buyers side Kate understands hot to navigate this unique market we have now with low inventory and houses selling for much higher than asking prices following bidding wars. I recommend Kate highly and without reservation.

From beginning to end, Jade was a lovely, helpful, and professional person to work with. I can't recommend her highly enough. Getting back to me very promptly whenever I texted, Jade was also extremely quick to make viewing arrangements and make herself available to look at houses at times convenient to my schedule. It was a pleasure walking through houses with her, in part because I never had any sense that she was trying to 'sell' a property -- she was fun to note features with and was very clearly there just to work with me to help me find the perfect house for my family's needs. Because I was looking in an extremely 'hot' market, I truly appreciated her willingness to answer questions and support me as I thought through offer amounts and such -- again, never pressuring, but always helpful, responsive to my questions and concerns, and objective. Thanks to Jade, my family and I were able to find and close on a house we absolutely love, a house so perfect that the home inspector I hired, after his lengthy inspection, shook his head in amazement, wondering, "How did you manage to get this place in this housing market?!" I'm still not sure myself, but I know a huge part of it is absolutely due to Jade. Again, I can't recommend her highly enough. She was a dream to work with.

Arcy did an excellent job assisting us with the sale of our home. We encountered many issues along the way that we weren’t aware of and he remained professional and helped us navigate it all every step of the way. He is very knowledgeable in real estate and the area we sold our home in. Arcy is very kind and cares about his clients and not just about making the sale. I’d recommended him to anyone and would certainly use him again.

Starting this experience of selling my house I was hesitant because of an agent I used in the passed, which was awful when I bought my house. That being said Julie was amazing and a breath of fresh air! If your looking for someone that works hard is knowledgeable and knows what there doing she is a must to represent you hands down!

Life got complicated right after my wife and I initiated a search for a different home several years ago with Cheri.
