Starting this experience of selling my house I was hesitant because of an agent I used in the passed, which was awful when I bought my house. That being said Julie was amazing and a breath of fresh air! If your looking for someone that works hard is knowledgeable and knows what there doing she is a must to represent you hands down!

My husband and I used Litchfield County Real Estate and Kristen Duchene as our realtor. She was fantastic.she went above and beyond to sell our home. She staged our home and had a cleaner come in all at her expense She listed our home and got an offer within days She kept us informed through the whole process, and we closed on time I would recommend Kristen Duchene to anyone who is selling or buying a home. She gets the job done! Thank you again Kristen
