When we were initially planning to rent, Liz saved us countless hours by driving by or visiting listings when we were not available and scheduling inspections. As the options continued to dwindle, she proactively found alternatives (while keeping our spirits up). Liz not only knows the ins and outs of the local real estate market, but she took the time to get to know us and our aspirations for our home. This allowed us to look at one house and buy that house. Liz connected us with her mortgage contact, lawyer, inspector, and shepherded us through the process to make an offer the next day and ultimately buy that house.
