Count yourself fortunate to have found Liz Bacon. Without Liz's foresight and experience, our family would have been renting a vastly inferior home for the same price as it was to purchase our forever home. She skillfully guided us through a real estate market with very tight supply and soaring demand. When we were initially planning to rent, Liz saved us countless hours by driving by or visiting listings when we were not available and scheduling inspections. As the options continued to dwindle, she proactively found alternatives (while keeping our spirits up). We were committed to renting but asked her to search for purchase options in case there were no longer rentals available. There were 30 or more houses for sale in Darien within our price range, and Liz narrowed that down and presented us with 3 homes she felt suited us. We continued to look for rentals, and she suggested we casually look at this one specific house on her list of three. We stepped in the house and immediately felt at home. Liz not only knows the ins and outs of the local real estate market, but she took the time to get to know us and our aspirations for our home. This allowed us to look at one house and buy that house. Liz connected us with her mortgage contact, lawyer, inspector, and shepherded us through the process to make an offer the next day and ultimately buy that house. Liz added value to our experience at every step of the way, and she continues to do so as a resource to this day. We could not be happier with the process and outcome, and we owe much of our good fortune to Liz's skills and insights.
