Cheri was patient with my search because I explored all kinds of option when the occasion finally arrived to make a move. She tolerated my endless stories about “what it” was and “what it” should using it all to interpret what it means in find the right new house in a fast paced market. She worked really well collaborating with other agents and attorneys through a couple of unusual circumstances. She continues to help with other issues post closing.

Colleen was so professional, knowledgeable and the compassion she had for us was remarkable. The communication and professionalism in which she exhumed is really un-known in 2025, but she is stellar in her position!! I cannot thank her and her team enough for a such a smooth transition to another state. In my opinion anyone who does not use Colleen is missing out !!
