Colleen was so professional, knowledgeable and the compassion she had for us was remarkable. The communication and professionalism in which she exhumed is really un-known in 2025, but she is stellar in her position!! I cannot thank her and her team enough for a such a smooth transition to another state. In my opinion anyone who does not use Colleen is missing out !! So anyone reading this review, you want Colleen as your agent and no one else !!

I recently underwent one of the most stressful times of my life - selling my 2-family home and becoming a tenant. Colleen was here for me, any time of day or night to address my many concerns and anxieties, she got the right people in here and every single issue that came up, she was right on it. Along with her agent friend Victoria, they got a complex job done for a very difficult/anxious customer (me) in a very short period of time and with settlement that was above expectations. I just cant say enough about the awesomeness I experienced.

Colleen was an awesome person to work with! She was very knowledgeable and guided me through the process of selling my house and purchasing another home which was a house that my family rented during the early 1990’s! A full circle moment! Colleen was amazing to my little family! Any home we were interested in she got us right in for a showing within 24 hours of us asking.
