Getting back to me very promptly whenever I texted, Jade was also extremely quick to make viewing arrangements and make herself available to look at houses at times convenient to my schedule. Because I was looking in an extremely 'hot' market, I truly appreciated her willingness to answer questions and support me as I thought through offer amounts and such -- again, never pressuring, but always helpful, responsive to my questions and concerns, and objective. Thanks to Jade, my family and I were able to find and close on a house we absolutely love, a house so perfect that the home inspector I hired, after his lengthy inspection, shook his head in amazement, wondering, "How did you manage to get this place in this housing market?!"
