I had the opportunity to work with Juliet Savignano two times in the past 5 years. First, in renting out a house in Bridgreport(north-end area) and most recently selling( July 2017). Juliet is very knowledgeable about the Bridgeport housing market. She was able to put my house on the market and get an offer within three days. Juliet was extremely professional , very knowledgeable and always available to answer any questions that you may have. She was also on point in replying to e-mails, which often works for younger generation. She has demontrated that she has the skills to negotiate and successfully close a sale deal in a timely manner without any issues. It was a pleasure working with her and would highly recommend her for any real estate purchase or rental. I will Definately purchase a home from Juliet again.

Danielle sat down with us and presented area comps to help us price our home. We decided to price it a little on the low side to attract buyers. The strategy paid off the home sold the first week of listing for over asking.

Sharon was a former 5th grade student of mine and we have kept in touch all these years. When we decided to sell our 10 room home and downsize to a condo, she was the first person I thought to call. Sharon is dynamic, a go getter and pushed herself hard to help us make this sale happen. She priced our house correctly and we actually got more than the asking price in 3 days. On the other end, she showed me the condo I wanted, took us to a few more in the same complex and completed the deal on the first one. Sharon had our goals as her goals and helped us make it all happen. Thank you, Sharon
