We started working with Tara in 2021 when we decided to move closer to family in southern CT. Living an hour away, working full-time, and welcoming our first child into the world, it was very difficult for us to find time to view houses. In August, 2024 we finally found “the one”! She encouraged to put in a competitive offer, while also making sure we stayed within our price range by putting other incentives in the offer. I truly believe it was her extensive experience that was the reason our offer was accepted. We couldn’t be happier, and owe all of it to Tara!
