If there was an option to rate higher than 5 stars, I would have still asked for more. Chris is by far one of the best people I have worked with in this industry. I’ve never had anyone do what he did to ensure we found the right house for us. His vast knowledge and ability to decipher any issue with the house made him a great asset when searching for a home that worked for us. Than after we found one that met our criteria and our price point, he worked tirelessly to ensure we got it. From multiple calls to the sellers on our behalf and multiple visits during the contract phase, he gave us everything we needed to feel confident in this once in a lifetime opportunity. Chris ensured that we stayed grounded in our approach while also giving us a positive outlook on issues that the home threw our way. With reputable contractors on standby and his positive attitude, there is no other person that I would speak higher of than him. Chris is truly a master in his craft and I’ve recommended him to every person I know if they even mention purchasing a house.
