Kelly had helped me with my housing journey for months. I had a difficult ask, since not only did I want farm property, but I needed to be in a specific price range and picky about where the property was located. This continues to be a VERY hard market to buy in, and Kelly went through two purchase attempts with me that fell through, among other visits to properties that didn't work for me. Kelly helped me consider multiple avenues of making offers on the homes that were good fits, emphasizing the pros and cons for me as a buyer for the different approaches. She is VERY good at this, while ultimately leaving the decision up to me. As life would have it, my direction changed and out of the blue, my daughter came to see a farm property that we jokingly said we could buy together. Well, that joke turned into a reality because we both fell in love with the property. This was an antique home/farm property, so there are numerous things to consider compared to buying a more recent (say last fifty years) home. Kelly kept us aware of things to watch out for, while also realizing this was a competitive property. Again multiple offers, and we ended up winning. Not only did Kelly help us through the purchase with constant back and forth communication, but she also stayed in touch after for things either the sellers (who are wonderful) or we had questions about. Last, Kelly is so down to earth and easy to like. Her easy going personality keeps stress levels down and joy of buying (even when frustrated) up. Highly recommend.

After listing at a price we thought was pretty aggressive, we accepted a CASH offer at that asking price 5 DAYS LATER! The offer also included terms that would COUNTER other offers by $1000 up to $25,000 ABOVE asking price. Luis certainly read our market better than we could! Luis also saved us a lot of work by knowing we did not need to kill ourselves with refinishing walls, trim and floors, knowing that new owners have their own preferences. He always kept us in the loop of the closing activities. And all our old neighbors are thanking us for raising home prices in our old neighborhood! LUIS DID IT FOR US!

Dee was absolutely phenomenal! I have to admit I ask ALOT of questions and it can be difficult for the realtor. However, she was perfect! She answered everything without any hassle and almost literally walked us hand and hand into our new home! If you need anything RE then Dee is your person!

Sue is the best. Right off the bat, started working quickly to find us homes that met our criteria and worked hard to put us in the home we really wanted.
