Dave helped our family sell my mother in law's house after she passed away. The house was sold quickly and for a fair price. Dave is very knowledgeable about the market and the sales process. His response to texts, emails, and calls was outstanding. When the need arose for services, such as a clean out of the house and environmental testing, Dave was able to provide recommendations and help us procure those services. This was very important to the family since we do not reside in the same state as the state of sale. When we were getting started with the sales process, our estate attorney commented that we were in good hands with Dave. Her assessment was spot on!
