We recently located to Colorado Springs from Houston. We were looking for at least 2,000 sq. Ft., 3 car gar., fenced in yard and some "space" between houses. Luke did a fantastic job searching daily for a house to meet our needs. This was not an easy task in the crazy housing mkt. we found ourselves in. After each house tour, we discussed our likes and dislikes to better narrow our search for the perfect house. Luke was extremely responsive and always punctual. He was ready with area demographics and HOA guidelines. He was always knowledgeable about the area directly around the house and community. Although we saw many, many houses, Luke never pressured us or became impatient. We wrote contracts on multiple houses and Luke always kept us apprised of the processes, timing and next steps. We truly felt he had our best interests at heart in our house search. I would recommend Luke for any and all real estate transactions.
